This is my 7th and best car purchasing experience. I drove an hour and a half from NJ for an older Lexus with low mileage and was not disappointed. Sam & Tom both made sure I had pictures and videos beforehand along with all the car facts. It drove beautifully and was in such good condition and when Tom and Sam started pulling some strings to get me a deal on my terms, I couldn’t walk away without it! I am absolutely in love with my GX. And I’ll share this quick anecdote: I left with the car. A light came on. Called Sam. Sam called Tom. Tom said turn around, bring it back. (THIS MEANT THE WORLD) I went home but they took care of the little hiccup (just some gear shift cleaning was all that was needed) and they had it delivered to my door. I came home to a beautiful, reliable SUV and nothing but positive things to say about this entire experience! THANK YOU SAM! THANK YOU TOM! It was so great meeting and working with you both!
