Refreshingly honest sales team.

The buying process was great. We were looking at a fairly uncommon vehicle, yet the sales rep that helped us was so knowledgeable about it that you'd assume he daily-drove the thing.

The full Carfax was presented to us and the vehicle was in great condition.

They were transparent about price from the start, no pressure, and even knocked a bit off sticker for us. At no time did we feel the push or pressure other dealerships applied. It felt like we were speaking with businessmen and not the typical used car dealer.

We put a deposit down for a car - and then a few days later we had to back out (due to circumstances on our end). The same team was incredibly courteous and understanding and quickly worked to get our deposit back to us. Not a hint of attitude or anything.

Richard Lucas Subaru is bunch of honest people running an honest business - not much more to say. Would recommend taking the drive out to speak with them.

I had gotten estimates from other dealerships for the same exact car and they gave me a great deal, they did not price gouge like some of the other estimates I received. It was a pleasure dealing with John Pujois, Bill Powell and the rest of the staff when I went there who were so professional and accommodating.   I highly recommend them.
