I am SO happy that I was referred to Richardson Chevrolet Buick by the dealership I originally called in Lansing, MI. That particular dealership didn't have the vehicle I was looking for, but it was in their inventory at their Standish location - Richardson Chevrolet Buick. This was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had - and I've purchased quite a few new cars over the years.

I received a warm welcome the moment I walked into the dealership and within minutes it was obvious that it wasn't an act just to get my business. Although the entire experience with all of the staff at Richardson's was extremely positive, I have to give a huge shout out to my salesperson Isaiah Albertson for being the most down-to-earth, non-pushy, easy going, accommodating car sales person who has the additional characteristic of integrity.

I thought I was set on purchasing the vehicle I went there to test drive - the same SUV I currently owned and loved, only newer. However, another vehicle caught my eye and I decided to test drive it to have "peace of mind" that I was making the right decision with the original one. I test drove it and loved it so much that I now faced the decision of choosing between a vehicle I knew I loved or switching to a completely different one that I had no clue even existed until I saw it on the lot 20 minutes earlier.

Surprisingly, Isaiah didn't try to influence my decision in any way - not even toward the more expensive vehicle. I felt he was being truly genuine when he told me that his main focus was to make sure I was happy, and had excitement, about the vehicle I was going to purchase. I'm not a quick decision-maker when it comes to big purchases or tough decisions like the one I was facing. Isaiah never made me feel rushed, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time, or that I was inconveniencing him in any way. He gave me the time I needed to look at each car side-by-side and get in and out of each of them multiple times (seriously, back and forth between drivers seats about a dozen times).

When I finally decided on the one I wanted, not the one I originally intended on purchasing, I told him I wanted it but not in the color they had in stock. I also decided that since he was going to have to look around at other dealerships for one that I might as well give him the list of "must haves" and "wants". I definitely made him earn his commission. Needless to say, he found my perfect vehicle and I've had a big smile on my face ever since. I absolutely LOVE my new Buick Envista Sport Touring beauty in Ocean Blue Metallic. Thank you Isaiah for your time and dedication to make me a happy customer! I've already told countless people to go see you at Richardson Chevrolet if they even think about wanting a new vehicle. It was more than worth the two-hour drive to Standish to work with you!

The service department did a great job of diagnosing a tiny noise that was driving my wife nuts when driving her Blazer.
Not only did they find the noise, but it turned out that there was a bulletin regarding the problem.
The fix was covered under warranty! GREAT JOB !
