I love that they always have a minimum of 2 Service Technicians working the front desk at any time. There were 4 covering the desk when I checked in. That meant No Waiting to be checked-In!

And BTW: I love my Genesis G70 3.3T Sport - can't tell you how many friends and passers-by have commented on how HOT it looks. I tell them all, "You want HOT - take her for a spin!"

Even my son loves this car, and he's a gear-head (in a good way)!

Took my car in for a recall and a general check up. They discovered an issue while the technician was test driving my vehicle, Bruce my service concierge was great in communicating expectations. They ordered the part, repaired the issue and my car is running so much better than before! I did have a minor issue with some things during the process, but between Bruce and Anthony the GM, everything was addressed and swiftly taken care of. I appreciate the service I received at “Genesis of Roswell” and being an owner of two Genesis’, I will be back for all my service needs in the future.
