My husband and I visited a few other large dealerships before checking out RideSmart and we are so glad we found them! Every car was impeccably detailed and you can tell they take pride in their business. The whole team was so down to earth, we knew we could trust them and they were transparent with us throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Joe who stayed after hours on a Saturday once we made our decision to buy the car. Because the banks had closed on the weekend he offered to deliver the final paperwork and drive the car to our house, over an hour away from Honey Brook, the following Monday. We will certainly be referring friends and family in the future!

WONDERFUL Experience with RideSmart Auto.  I am from OH and bought my first vehicle from RideSmart  in 2019 and could not say enough good things about the staff and how I was treated.  My sales person was Henry.  I would recommend him to anyone but unfortunately when I returned for a second vehicle almost one month ago, Henry was not longer there but still connected to the staff.  I drove from OH to PA once again because of my experience the first time.  The second time did not disappoint.  Both Fran and Joe were amazing to work with!  There were some minor issues with the vehicle which were immediately taken care of. AND after I got home a couple weeks later, I discovered another relatively minor issue which I called to see if covered under warranty.  It was not but Joe once again came through and said he would split the cost.  I would highly recommend RideSmart to anyone looking for a used vehicle.  Do the right thing should be their mission statement as that has been exactly my experience!  Thank you!

P.S.: Could you please open a dealership in OH?  LOL

Where to start. Ridesmart auto is rare. Joe is great. They had a car I was desperately looking for and I missed it as I came across the post little late. My fault. But then Joe still called me. Walk me through other car he have. Really honest I can tell. Not pushy to just buy anything. I found the dealer I will love to move forward with and really hope they will have the car I am looking for.

Great experience purchasing a car from RideSmart auto. Friendly, stress free atmosphere. The car was in an excellent condition and listed at a fair price. There was a minor issue with the heater and they took care of it immediately and delivered the car fixed a couple days later. I would not hesitate to recommend RideSmart to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
