Despite others personal experiences and opinions I’ve heard over the years, I always make it a point to make my own opinions about a business and service offered, as a business owner!
I was incredibly pleased with the amiable approach from the introductory sales staff, to the introduction to the sales and financial team. All so very friendly, courteous and informative.
Our vehicle was a total loss in an accident the day before calling the dealership. I left with the like vehicle, only newer and fully loaded at a very fair price for the year, trim package and exceptionally low mileage that had been very well maintained by the previous owner, of whom I had the unique opportunity of meeting with firsthand and learning about how much she loved the car!
I understand we all have different levels of expectations when seeking a service, and mine was met 110.5% by the immediate staff at RimRock Subaru!!!
