Actual name is Ray Flores. Just bought a jeep Grand Cherokee. My fourth one. But my first from Ritchie Auto. The owner here has a very competent staff. Very welcoming and quiet helpful. I came from two hours away. Knowing I bought a used vehicle, I brought a few tools "just in case". Didn't need any. My wife loved the car and I loved the mechanical solidity. I felt confident at the end of my ride. This is one dealer that deserves to be on your to-go list. Good people. Respect

About a month ago I had bought a car from this dealership and have no complaints with the car. Everyone was very nice and very easy to work with. They insured me if any issues with the car to let them know and they would help out, but nothing has been a problem. I would recommend going over to them and if you do have a problem with the car you are interested in I’m sure they would help out. Great experience for my first time with them and purchasing a car!

Bought a vehicle from Danielle when with was still Ritchie Auto (Same Business??).

She was fairly quick to respond, blunt, and to the point. She answered my questions and had the vehicle ready for us when we showed up to make the purchase.

I had seen the vehicle briefly over my lunch and made the purchase after work. Vehicle has thus far been dependable and my only gripe would have been Danielle pointing out the unsafe tires verbally (Marked on the Wisconsin Buyers Guide) before being asked about it.

Overall - after a new set of tires and a tie rod ends it has been a good vehicle sold at a fair price for its condition

Would purchase from her again.
