We love our new car and the people here were very friendly! Especially Lee Middleton. The only thing I can complain about is the time it took. We arrived around 11am and didn't leave until 3pm. If they could speed up the process a little more, that would be wonderful.

These guys did an awesome job with the service on my wife's vehicle.  They assisted me with changing my schedules service to the actual service I needed.  My particular service was a three hour job.  They didn't mess around at all.  The took the vehicle to the service bay and had it back to me  without trying to up-sale me anything.

Let me start off by saying Jose Torres (Service Advisor) and Kyle Collins (Mechanic) are top tier when it comes to customer service!

On 03/09/24 I took my car in for a service on my AC, that was scheduled for 9:30am. My car was not going to be ready for pickup until 03/11/24. Communication lacked big time, but the service manager was able to rectify the situation.

Fast forward to 04/18/24 the issue resurfaces and I take my car back to the service dept. Jose and Kyle demonstrated exceptional customer service. They were informative, and above all, patient! Jose was very knowledgeable and accomidating. Kyle not only took the time to answer questions I had, he also apologized for my previous visit even though I knew he had nothing to do with it, and it was an issue out of his control. Accountability makes a world of a difference when dealing with customers!

Toyota would benefit greatly from having more employees like them.

Got change and inspection done as expected.  They did let customers stand at the
Locked doors until 7:01.  Last door unlocked by 7:04 No big deal on my part, but it was clear that they were all at their work stations  10 til just looking at the people waiting.

Service was pretty quick.
