I called RM Automotive to fix my 2018 6.6 Duramax. My truck got towed there right away, and it was on the racks getting fixed within a couple of hours. The guys were super friendly, really experienced, and their workers are hands-on. I'd totally recommend anyone to go in and get their car serviced or worked on. RM Automotive can do any type of maintenance.

Big fan of this place. They definitely earned my future business.

They seemed to be honest and straightforward. They told me my car was overall in very good shape, which is an indicator that they were not trying to sell me services I didn't need. I needed a new starter, which is what I came in for, and they also noted that I needed a new oil pan, which is actually something a previous mechanic had pointed out. They took pictures of all the issues to document their findings. And they did the most incredible thing after servicing the car: they called a week later to see how the car was doing! Now THAT is how to run a business.

This auto shop is by hands-down one of the best places I’ve taken in a vehicle to. They’re very professional very thorough on the inspection process, including photos of what needs to be replaced or needs attention to. I had a turbo replaced through warranty, and Kyle and his team were very helpful in assisting me going through that process, which I appreciate very much as a customer who will be taking future vehicles with any problems to this shop. I am pretty far from this location, but trust it’s very well worth the drive.

This place does good work and good service - a shuttle car that will take  you around while your car is there. Their diagnostics is not free but for me it made sense - the problem was identified. The prices here are on the higher end, possibly due to extra level of service. Something to keep in mind - make sure you understand that they mark the price of  parts up. They will charge you extra for parts vs what you would pay online. If you understand what their markup is and you are happy with it - no problem. I was charged $350 for the part that costed them $155.

Great experience here. They were thorough with the inspection catching things that needed to be fixed. My car was in and out within the same day for turn signal repair and air filter. A shuttle is provided so I did not have to wait there which was lovely . I will definitely come back here for my future repairs.
