I wish I could give this dealership more than 5 stars. Mike was amazing and he took his time to answer all of my questions. Mike was very easy to work with from start to finish. Overall, my family and I had a great experience with the team at the Rohrmax store in Fort Wayne. Their customer service was top notch! I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. They have great deals and a wide range of cars to choose from.

Great experience and would definitely recommend Rohrmax to our family and friends. We were looking for our daughter’s first car and Michael and Cam were so helpful. We were able to get a great car that was very clean and in our price range. They went above and beyond with customer service and to make this a hassle free experience for us. We definitely will return in the future when looking for another vehicle.

I chose to shop at Rohrmax due to their reviews and reasonable prices. I gave a 4 star because I wasn't exactly happy with some of the empty promises that the car salesman provided.  Therefore, I spoke with the manager, Alex who made sure that everything was corrected in a timely manner. When I told him that I wanted to spend a specific amount, he assisted me with getting a good deal on my car.  When I was upset that the car was not detailed before I picked it up, he took care of it immediately. Alex attempted to provide me a spare tire. We later found out by the Mercedes dealership that this make and model does not provide a spare tire, but Alex still provided for reimbursement. I would recommend this dealership due to awesome management. Rohrmax also has nice vehicles with low mileage.

I would give Rohrman used auto superstore a 11 out of 10. Jerimey  and Alex were very helpful and super accommodating!! Looking for a car for our college age daughter and drove by and spotted what we’d been looking for. Had a set budget , drove the car, arrived at a price , and drove off the same evening! Car was very clean , multi point inspection, and ready to go .Very smooth sale , no pressure, no hassle!!!! Keep up the good work !!!!!
