We purchased a used car sight unseen and had it delivered to our home.  The car looks exactly as described and pictured.  In fact, the salesman send some additional pictures when I made the request.  After my looking at the paperwork, I felt assured their shop inspection was through and everything found had been addressed. My 2022 CT5's check engine light came on so I called the dealership where I bought my car to schedule service. They couldn't get me in for several weeks, so I called Romaine to see if I could bring it to them.  They said they would be happy to look at it and they got me in the same week. As we ended our call she said thanked me for choosing them and she said "welcome to the Romaine family". When I arrived at the appointment I was greeted by a kind service department employee who took my keys.  I was offered shuttle service but I chose to wait there. As they led me to the waiting area I was offered drinks and snacks.  Every employee that passed through the waiting area greeted me and asked if I needed anything.  After about an hour they came and told me it was finished and explained the work performed.  They had even cleaned it up on the
inside and outside.  I had a wonderful experience and when I am ready for my next Cadillac, it will be a Romaine Cadillac!
