I was in need of a dependable and affordable car for my daughter who is moving to CO so of course thought of VW and was greeted by Mark V. He was so personable and friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and found a Tiguan that fit the bill. He listened and really took the time to figure out what car would be the best one for my circumstances which is greatly appreciated! I want to say first that I’m writing this review much later than I should have…
My wife and I popped in to Romeo VW after grocery shopping on Saturday March 30th.  We knew that our existing VW lease was close to being done, and wished to just check in with folks and talk about next-options.
We were greeted very graciously by the front-office gentlemen, and then introduced to Mark V., a very tall and friendly man.  Very easy to talk to, dog lover, nature lover.
After just coming in for a quick chat, my wife and I actually ended up spending the rest of the day there, going over every single aspect of leasing our new Jetta.  We went on a great test-drive with Mark.  He even let us put our just-bought groceries in their ‘fridge because the process was taking awhile—we had a lot of questions and concerns about leasing terms and costs.  Mark V. Was absolutely terrific in walking us through all of the elements of things, and I’ll acknowledge that we didn’t make it easy for him when it came to the financial aspects.  The service personnel and financing department likewise put in a lot of effort to execute all of this in an afternoon.  At closing time Mark transferred our plates over from our former Jetta, we retrieved our groceries, and life was good.
Kudos to Romeo VW for having this good and patient fellow on your team, and Mark we are really grateful. (Sorry this review took so long to appear!)
