Ryan and his managers were willing to work with me, and I appreciated that they provided a great deal. They gave me top dollar for a trade-in (they didn’t have to), and that sealed the deal for me. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this location.

Miss Kim, who helped me finish my purchase, was also great and even extended a warranty for me. The warranties offered are also exceptionally good.

If you like low pressure sales and a pleasant buying experience, this is the dealership for you! I recently purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT4 and couldn't be more pleased. My salesman Kyle was attentive to my needs and searched for the perfect car, and we found it! The finance team and Amy were great and definitely lead me to the right lender. When I picked up the car it was detailed to showroom quality and had a full tank of gas. I requested an additional fob for the my new Cadillac and Amy, Kyle and Brandon (in the service department)  worked together to  accommodate my request. When you are having to quickly replace a car that has been totaled, the buying experience is going to be much less fun than usual. Kudos to Gabe Vega and the crew at Marhofer Cuyahoga Falls this past Saturday for going above and beyond to make the who process as smooth as possible. And though I ultimately did not buy a vehicle at Marhofer Chevy, Scott Kenna at that dealership was wonderful as well. We had a mechanical warranty issue on our vehicle.  Marhofer Auto group and the Marhofer Service Department were great. Our vehicle was fixed right and Ted in the service department was very helpful throughout the process. I recommend Marhofer and Hyundai.
