The mobile service from Rountree is awesome they come to house do the work right in your drive way.  No getting up early or waiting in line for days for your vehicle. Service rider Jasimine is great. I have her cell. If I call she calls right back. Always able to reach her. And she does what she says she is going to do !  Great job Jasimine !

Had my vehicle serviced with a tire rotation and oil & filter change. Used the mobile service and they came to my house and performed the service. Service was great. Technician was great. Took time to visit and talk. Answered all my questions and was an enjoyable experience. Will definitely use this service again.

I came in to get my tire rotated and my oil changed on a Monday afternoon. I know Mondays are always busy in most businesses, but I took a chance that I  could get it done. Javen met me and was very friendly and listened to what I wanted to do. I asked if I could get a ride while my car was being serviced. He had the Customer Service take me to my destination. The young lady
(I think her name was Kayleigh) was very friend too. She told me I could catch a ride back with her if I needed it. Javen told me he would text me updates when car was back in the service area. And true to his word he did.

The only thing that I would like to see changed is to get the car wash working again. I've been there several times and it been down every time I've  had this Lincoln service. Getting your car washed is great treat when you pick it up from being serviced.
