Just got home with our brand new 2024 Kia Sportage SX. There was a lot of different wheels turning to make this my dream car. I am here to tell you the professionalism, courtesy, and straight up integrity, is what this dealership is all about. We had a couple of hiccups along the way to this car but Roundtree Moore made sure I was a happy customer. Overall I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! But the one to look for and speak to is Chris Davila! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with shopping around. I wasn’t actually able to choose a car that day due to personal situations but I never felt pressured by Chris to make a decision. Which I appreciated the most. I definitely will be back and will go straight back to Chris!

Came in for an issue on my car and had an awesome guy named JP in service help me out!! Did a fantastic job and was super polite and courteous to myself and others inside! Couldn’t recommend him enough for everything! Have been to other shops where service tries to mess with you a bit and he was as straight forward and honest as could be! 100% will be back!

It started off with me feeling like all hope was lost, but my salesperson, Taurus did his due diligence in ensuring I was able to get a vehicle that accepted my trade in, down payment as low as it could possibly go, and my payments down to what I wanted. He not once gave up on helping get into a vehicle that had all the bells and whistles. When we finally reached my desired pricing, he even drove the vehicle from Florida to my home in Valdosta. Overall, I am so happy that he was persistent and always had my best interest in mind. He even made sure that after a day or two to check in to make sure I was still happy with my new 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line!
