I called Roverland because my 2009 Range Rover Sport stopped starting. I live over in hour away, after speaking to Pat I knew I would be in good hands. She was so patient with me and assuring they would take care of me. I took my car in on a Friday, I arrived while they were in the process of closing for the weekend. (You know how it is when it’s time get off, especially on a Friday). Pat took her time with me, I was never rushed.
Monday morning Mark called and told me I needed a starter. Maybe an hour later Pat called and said my car was done and the cost was affordable.
I would like to let Roverland know how great full I am for there service and making me feel my needs we’re important to them.
I will never trust my car to be serviced ANYWHERE else.
I would like to give a special thanks to Pat for the free counseling (no charge:) and heartfelt concern she showed in my time of need. I am blessed to have the staff at Roverland to service my car.

Came to Roverland to fix my AC and they got it done quick. They answered the questions I have and even showed me the fixes they have done. Pat is incredible to work with! Jeremy the mechanic is like a doctor, knows everything that goes into my car and pointed out some concerns. Would be back again if I need additional fixes.

Haven't had my car worked on here yet but just set up an appointment and basing the review just on that. Pat is very very nice and extremely accommodating, this seems like an excellent shop, looking forward to working with them!

Edit: Forgot to go back and update this review after. Had timing job done here (5.0) about 6 months ago and my car has been perfect since. I've also bought some parts from here and they're always well priced. Still can't recommend them enough, great people and great service!

I am a 03 discovery owner and I love my truck. If you know disco owners you know what I mean. I also never take my truck to anyone to fix it because I’ve spent a lot on lying mechanics. Hard to trust , please give this place a chance.
Great people and every single word they spoke, they held true to. Transmission is no small job in this truck and they did it in the time frame they told me and they were very fair with the price. And they sourced a trans for me at a fair price. If you own a rover, and you don’t know how to work on it, your crazy if you don’t give these guys ( Mark and Gus) and their lovely lady at the front (Pat) a try. You can trust this team.
