The staff here genuinely cares about every single one of their customer interactions. I had an outstanding experience. Bought a new rogue and traded in my old Kia for it. Negotiating price was easy as they were empathetic to my situation and showed compassion towards my daughter and I’s needs. Everything worked out spectacularly and I was more than elated to get everything I needed (all warranties and coverages placed within my price range). I was unable to take my rear camera and we agreed I would come back on Saturday to retrieve it. When I went in today, my old car was brought up to the front and Gerald and I went to get my camera out…… only problem was, it wasn’t there anymore. Someone had removed it without notice and it was no where to be found. I was a bummed about it but being that I’ve worked at a dealership before I know how things can happen without detection. Gerald and Marshall were more than accommodating. I never asked for a replacement, I was ready to accept that my camera was gone and I would have to buy myself another one. Gerald wasn’t ready to let me go without making things right. He was insistent that they replace my camera for me. Marshall and Gerald are the two that made this replacement happen I am forever grateful for the compassion and professionalism I received while at this dealership. Gerald and Marshall are the GOATs!!! (‘Greatest of all time’ for those unfamiliar with the acronym) and I would highly recommend you give them a visit if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

This review is for Tammy Perkins, salesperson.  From the start, I shared car and furniture salespersons give me anxiety.???? My husband and I planned to surprise our 18 year old on his birthday. I asked if the dealership would put a red bow on the car. Tammy said, “We normally don’t provide that but I’ll definitely try to get one on the car you choose.” Tammy provided all the documents with all fees and discounts prior to the in-person pickup of the car.  When we drove up, the beautiful red bow was on the white Nissan Sentra we chose for our son. Tammy made the sale of the vehicle effortless. Needless to say, I had no anxiety.
