Best service I’ve ever received from a service department! The vacuum pump went out on my Yukon and had to have it towed in around 1 am. Lou texted me before 7 am saying they got the truck and was going to check it out. I already knew about the special coverage warranty on the vacuum pump from GMC Customer Service. Lou confirmed it was the issue and would try to get the truck back to me same day since I was headed camping with my son that evening. The truck was done by 2pm and Lou arranged for their driver/ shuttle to come get me from my hotel. Everything went smooth and no hassle at all. I’m back and forth between Bham and GA but will definitely come back. You would have thought I had a Bentley ????. Service goes a long way. I wish more service managers had the same energy as Lou! 5 Stars!

My wife and I came to test drive a few Yukons to see which one she liked the best. She picked the ext color and the int color but at the time Royal didn't have the 2 together. Later that evening we found that there was one just like she wanted in transit to the dealership. The next day Mr. Burnes called to tell us thank you for coming by and we told him about the one in transit and sure enough it was. Mr. Burnes called us the day it showed up in the lot and the financing team at Royal was able to make it work with my trade in and allow my wife to get her first ever new vehicle. Big kudos goes out to all the people at Royal.
