I have bought plenty of cars from dealerships and Roy will now be my next go to for exotics, even after the purchase he continues to support me with knowledge of where to buy parts and even sent me some cleaning products. I purchased a Jaguar F-Type from Royal Carriage earlier this year (2020) Logistically, I thought it would be problematic because I live in Los Angeles but Roy made the purchase easy. He took many high res photos , pointing out the minor flaws in the vehicle(as there are with any pre-owned vehicle), he also provided the current Carfax. After a brief negotiation, Roy covered the shipping and made sure that it was in an enclosed auto carrier. I would recommend the services of Roy and Royal Carriage to anyone who is shopping for a luxury vehicle.

I decided it was time to buy my dream car, so after much research I came across Roy the owner of Royal Carriage. I met with Roy and right away I was really impressed with not only his knowledge of luxury and exotic cars but also his passion. I own a business and you don't often find people who are passionate about what they do. After talking about what I wanted Roy showed me a beautiful Bentley GT Continental. I fell in love and Roy informed on every step of the way to purchase my black beauty. He even worked with my bank and worked with me on the price a little. I really felt he wanted me to have this car not to sell it but to match a owner with one of his babies. I have never had such a easy enjoyable car buying experience. Even after I purchased the vehicle the low beam light went out 2 weeks later and Roy told me where to go and even took care of the bill. He didn't have to do that but I was very impressed that he did. I would recommend to anyone trying to purchase a high end or exotic car. Please contact Roy he will help you every step of the way. I've learned more from him since buying the car than ever before and I have owned several Mercedes and BMW's. Roy has continues to answer my calls and feed me info about my car and recommendations on where to go. He is a true professional who has the integrity, knowledge, and love for what he does. Roy was great and made purchasing the SL easy.  I flew from St. Louis, went to Roy's business where we finished the purchase agreement and I was on my way home.  Car was as described and perfect.  He followed up with me to make sure everything was ok.  Illinois had some title problems, but Roy took care of all their requests.  I would recommend buying a car from him.  I will again.  Cheers!

I recently purchased a dream car of mine (A Bentley Continental GT) from Royal Carriage Autos, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier!
This was a different type of car buying experience then I have ever had before. I was a bit leery at first purchasing an out of state car.
I flew down to Las Vegas to look at it, and it was everything he said it was. It was a real pleasure to meet with Roy (The owner), he is passionate about his cars and will tell you everything that is right and what things may need attention in your purchase. Roy is the only one you will be in contact with during the entire sales process, and that's a good thing! If I was to purchase another car from Roy in the future I wouldn't hesitate to buy it from the web description alone. Roy is going to stand behind what he sales!
