I want to talk about Kevin's Royal automotive collision center! A few weeks ago I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a bear on 17C west of town. It was towed to Royal after the weekend and that's when the magic started to happen! The collision center has recently been restaffed with a seasoned topnotch team and I can't sing enough praises about their professionalism. From how they immediately got my bumper pulled out so I could continue to drive it while the parts were ordered, to making the interaction with the insurance company a breeze was simply perfection. Once the parts came in (which didn't take but a few days) they had me in a loaner vehicle and the repairs were underway! As always with situations like this more damage was discovered when it was disassembled and they got things ordered with little impact to the discussed plan. After all of this they even took the time to detail the inside and outside of my truck. Side note I am a quality manager so details matter to me. This was a flawless repair that I could not be more happy with! If you're ever in a situation where you need collision repair this is the place! 5 stars! ?????

I recently bought a used CRV from Royal. Dan and Ron sold me a car in a low stress, genuine transaction. I am very happy with the car. Compared to Simmons Rockwell I got a comparable car to what I was looking at there, for a little less money, $2000 more on my trade-in, and a very good service contract also for less money. Overall the customer service was better and the Financials were also better. I highly recommend the good people at Royal Ford.

Felix had introduced himself to my wife as she browsed the lot while I was in for service. He was friendly and courteous and was willing to answer her questions while not being pushy at all. We stopped in a week later to upgrade my F150 and between Felix, the owner, and the finance manager we worked out a fair deal and we left very happy!

I thought Royal Ford Motors did an excellent job of explaining the repair needed for my vehicle. Currently they are doing the torque converter issue, if I get vehicle back and the price is within the estimate and have no other issues then I will be pleased. If I bought another ford product would definitely go to Royal. I have owned Ford products for over 40 years, getting concerned about quality issues moving foward.
