I have been in communication with Joshua from Ruddell for about a week about a vehicle I wanted to see. He was very communicative and informative the entire time. We made an appointment and I drove over to see the car. He met me on-time showed me the car, talked about the history of it and went on a test drive. I had gone to three used car dealerships, and denied by them all. I was a first time buyer - I have never had a car loan before nor have I ever gone to a dealership and gotten a newer car. My children and I have been stuck driving in a heap of worry - and it was time to try. Ruddells salesperson Cliff Williams was professional as well as a good listener. He heard me out, gave me a chance at what I wanted but when I wasn’t cleared for it due to the previous setbacks - he spoke to his manager and the team and came back with, “ I have something I think would work for you. Let me bring it out and you tell me.”

So - I gave him that trust. What he brought out was not only beautiful, but roomy for the kids. It has everything in it that works, and my oldest is actually older then the car itself. It’s a 2017 Chevy Impala and man!! Was he right haha. It does work for me.

Not only that; I was at the dealership for four hours with my three children and my S/O. Him as well as his financial manager were amazing, patient and calm. They got everything done and I left feeling very excited.
