Amazing! One of the best purchase experiences of my life, from probably they best salesman I've ever met. I didn't set off that morning to purchase an RV from Rudolph Auto Solutions, however the fact that I as able to, saved me thousands of dollars, and the guest/customer service  and professionalism by  Andrew Pelzer, and their finance staff at Rudolph, it just couldn't have been a better experience. I saw the RV from Hwy 10 as I was driving by, and quickly pulled off to get a closer look. Minutes after I pulled onto the lot and next to the camper, Andrew Pelzer walked over and introduced himself. I expressed my interest in the camper, and right away Andrew went to work to answer questions, research additional information, and follow up with every topic we discussed. Andrew spent time walking around the entire camper with me (Several times), showed me all of the compartments, hook ups, features, as well as helping me understand towing weights and vehicle requirements. I had shopped at multiple RV dealerships prior to my visit with Mr. Pelzer, and I've never felt as comfortable as I did talking with Andrew.  Andrew brought over a ladder so that we could inspect the roof, and see how various features had been added, as well as, he hooked up to the camper and moved it inside where we could set it all up and test its features. Andrew assist with trailer wiring, as well as provided me with a ride to Napa Auto Parts to pick up a few pieces I required for my vehicle. (A ride in his personal vehicle) Andrew helped me with so many details over the course of that day, it took all of the associated stress and concerns away. 10/10 for Andrew Pelzer and the staff at Rudolph Auto Solutions!

Had a very good experience with this dealership. They’re a small dealership that is personable and they make the buying a car experience a breeze. For a first time buyer who was very nervous, they made it painless and explained everything I was signing. They gave me the history of the car. So I gave this dealer 5 stars for good customer service. Definitely recommend people here for who are looking for vehicles.
