Meaghann is a damned saint for dealing with me, but she found EXACTLY what I needed and made it all work on my timeline. She tirelessly answered my endless questions, and put up with me canceling/ rescheduling about 70 times. Buying a car can be stressful enough, but buying with an infant while your husband is deployed is basically a nightmare and because of Meaghann everything went so much better than I could have hoped. I'm incredibly grateful and am recommending her to everyone I know!

We spent yesterday at Rydell in GrandForks with Kody Schlenvogt car salesman. He brought us 3 different vehicles that we had chosen to look at, one at a time. Quite the service we received. All staff were very cordial and even met the the Big Man, Mr. Rydell (hisself), very nice, and did a short dance with another salesman. ???? It was a long day, we drove 4 hours to get there, but worth it. Kody was very knowledgeable and super nice. We left with a beauty, and will certainly recommend Rydell to others.

After weeks and weeks of searching for the car I’ve been looking for, I finally found one that met my needs at Rydell. Unfortunately, they’re halfway across the country from where I live, but a sales rep by the name of Christie Johnson made it not only an easy experience and transaction, but a very enjoyable one. I’ve dealt with countless dealerships and sales people over the years and often times I’ve found that they would rather deal with a local customer that they can turn and burn transactions with, which I totally understand. But Christie took the time to engage and her timely and thorough responsiveness is a rarity, at least in my experience, and especially while working a remote deal. And she’s super personable and fun to talk to! I highly recommend her whether you’re local or not, you won’t be disappointed.
