We bought our first Jeep Wrangler from Brianna Close at Rydell in Independence. It was a great buying experience. Brianna was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all of our questions. Jacob, the general manager, and Kyle, the sales manager, were great to work with as well. We will be back for future vehicles.
Also, the service department was great to work with as well. As we shopped for jeeps, they worked on our daughter’s car and fixed the issue another mechanic elsewhere was unable to fix.

Jeff Haight was great to work with from the start.  He was genuine on the when I inquired on a specific Jeep Wrangler.  I live 3.5 hours away and he sent me a video of the vehicle before I went so that I was about it and didn’t waste my time-  great customer service.  Jacob the manager was very helpful with assisting me load up the Jeep on my trailer.  This team was great to work with, though I’m 3.5 hours away, I’d go back for sure when I need my next car.

After working with another dealership for an entire week without being able to make a deal or get an appointment with anyone, we called Rydell in Independence as they had a couple vehicles we were interested in. The second we were off the phone with them we headed that way. Jeff Haight Had both vehicles that we were interested in Parked side-by-side right in front of the building ready to go for us. Kyle greeted us with a smile and the keys to both vehicles to take for a test drive. Jeff and Kyle matched our trade-in from the other dealership without questions plus threw in a few extra incentives. The entire process with Jeff was extremely efficient And better than any dealership experience I’ve had in the past. While waiting for the paperwork the entire staff was creating conversations and talking to you like family, not your typical dreaded trip to a car dealership. It truly felt like home. I walked away with my dream truck that day, a 2024 ram 2500 power wagon In my favorite forest green color. Jeff even got me a new green Rydell hat to match my new truck. I’ve already called my family and friends and referred them to Rydell in Independence. I never take the time to write reviews but boy this one was worth it. I cannot think the staff enough for their hospitality and amazing service that I received. I will definitely be a repeat customer 100%. Thanks you Jeff and thank you Rydell!!!!!
