From a 2008-2010 to a 2015 well taken care of Chevy Silverado .I will be going to him and Rydells only for my next big Purchase. I live all the way up Maine and saw a used car for sale at Rydells. I called them up and spoke with John who was my salesman. He answered all of my questions I had and he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable buying the car.
I was a little worried about buying a car across the country that I can’t test drive or see in person. The car was extremely clean, but John still made sure to send me lots of pictures of the car that he took himself and even recorded some videos of the car running and driving and going thru the gears so that I felt comfortable knowing that the car was in good running condition.
He was very honest and the entire process was a “no pressure” sale, which is what you look for from a car dealership. I received my car just the other day and it runs and drives excellent and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Rydells. I highly recommend them
