I could not have asked for a better experience and will surely be back for years to come. Cameron saw to it that we got the exact car we wanted at the price point we wanted and was fully transparent throughout the entire process. Everyone we worked with was kind, understanding, and willing to move mountains for us to be beyond satisfied with our new investment. This was my first Nissan, but will certainly not be my last!

Recently purchased our Nissan Rogue from Safford Brown. Excellent experience from start to finish and we never stepped foot into the dealership! Cameron, Brad, Emma, and Chevelle were wonderful throughout the entire purchasing process. Even the guys who delivered our vehicle were top notch. I can't recommend this dealership enough.

I was having issues with both my brand new transmission and the dealership in Chantilly. I was very hesitant to go to another dealership but I figured anywhere but Chantilly was worth a try. Safford Brown Nissan Sterling provided me with some serious quality service. One employee, Kane, went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my transmission and what steps I could take to resolve those issues. He was incredibly understanding, very helpful, and even followed up the next day to see if there was anything further I needed. This dealership is top notch, top quality customer service, and I highly recommend them to any customer who is experiencing problems with their car.
