By far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Ehisam was our first salesman and he was super helpful. Idris completed our sale the next day and was just as friendly. John Beatty at the service center has been fantastic, from initial check to the complete resolution of the issues on my EV9. He even followed up after a day or two to check if everything has been good. Would need to come back though as the seat is still having a bit of issue but overall the service has been great. They did the repair promptly and even offered a ride. We opted to wait at the waiting area which is lovely too as it has nice comfy chair, with free hot drinks and some snacks. Thank you John again for a great service.

The finance person took time to go through all options and allowed me to pick the best price options that siuted my needs. I went to Safford Kia for a 2026 new kia carnival hybrid sx from New Jersey last week and it was really a breeze on the whole process. They got the color combo that I like and the pricing online is great, and that's how it started. Upon check-in, I was greeted by Khalid who showed me the car, helped out the test drive and he was pretty knowledgeable about the car itself, which is fantastic. The purchase process is pretty transparent and straightforward, there are add ons they are advertising but no pressure on anything and they educate you on those add-ons. Then I was transferred to their Finance team Ayham who are extremely helpful as well. We ended up purchased their service plan because the transparency in process and pricing and service from Ayham though we didn't intend to in the first place. Both of them speak highly of their dealership stories as well, which is showing the business reputation and standards. We drove back with our new Kia Carnival hybrid and loved it so much. The place is clean and new as well btw.

Overall it was really great experience to me, I was looking for the new minivan for a few months and went to quite a few different kia and Toyota dealerships around NY area, but this is the best one so far. I appreciate them and Definitely will do business with them again if I need another kia car one day. Recommended 5 star ratings.

Tony, Alfonzo, and Bryant were all so knowledgeable, accommodating,and kind. They went above and beyond to get me the best deal and were very patient when working with me. I went to many dealerships before coming to Kia and no one put half as much effort in making sure I was happy like the team at Kia did!
