When he offered a valet pick up I was blown away!(especially when he said no charge)  The pick up and delivery went well. A very nice lady helped me over the phone find an EV charger, and a very nice older gentleman greeted me and showed me where it was located when I arrived. I had went to 2 other locations trying to find a charge with no luck, so I was very grateful they allowed me to use it even though I am not a Ford customer. (Kia).
