Verified by requesting that I look at the part on his computer screen. Verified it was and they had some in stock. Jeff was personable, efficient and pleasant throughout our transaction. Interior parts area was super clean and well lighted.

Service people very efficient, helpful and courteous. Everyone is on the job working to give customers the best in & out service, did not notice anyone walking around chit chatting with other workers nor on their cell phones or computer as if they are working & ignoring customer standing for over 5 minutes waiting to be recognized. The only negative comment I would have is a clear sign over the  service doors to let you know to pull on in if there is available space. We were a little confused how to get helped.  When we walked into the service desk everyone was helping someone who knew to pull there car in.  There is no waiting area.  Once we realized the protocol and went back out, got our car, and pulled in.  It was seamless.  Clean shop and work was done as expected.
