I’m new to the area and haven’t quite figured out where to bring my car into to get serviced. Got into a bit of a wreck this week and got a tow to Schmelz. From the get-go Shevawn was extremely helpful and did a great job breaking down what needed to be done! Throughout the entire process she made sure to notify me of any updates or changes. A+ service!

I was nervous it would take awhile to fix the damages on my vehicle, but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and diligently the team worked. When my service was complete, I received a video from the mechanic walking through what he worked on and other parts of the vehicle he checked. That is something that I have never gotten from previous places I’ve had my vehicle fixed, and it was extremely helpful!

Safe to say, I will be returning. The great customer service and knowledge from the repairs team is unmatched!
