I was going back and forth between Camry and Altima and wanted to visit the Scott Clark first to start my day at car shopping. I thought I could get a quick test drive and some price negotiations to pocket a verbal deal on the Altima to warm up  before I head to Toyota dealership but Perla quickly changed my mind. She greeted me with a smile as I entered to the dealership and when I told her that I am interested in an Altima that they had for sale she immediately pulled all the information about that car and offered for a test drive before I even ask for one. She went over all the features of the car and the details of their lifetime warranty (which is the deal that impressed me the most)while I was experiencing smooth ride of Altima and she made sure to answer all my questions. To be honest I was half sold at that time but there was the pricing and the financing part that I needed to be convinced of. I am a person that values transparency and heard many bad stories before about car buying experiences that includes hidden charges, over promised deals lasts until your signature and etc. However Perla gave me the sense of trust right away after seating down with her in her office she immediately printed out sale price and all the BREAKDOWN of charges including taxes and registration and assured me that what I see is what I will get. Of course I didn’t give in that easy and started negotiating and she was so professional that for every offer and counter offer, she updated the numbers again and came back with the updated printout which helped me to see how far we’ve gotten with the price. I’ve already had some scenarios in my mind but at the very last I counter-offered where I can be happy with my trade in and the final price. Finally when Perla told me that we’ve got a deal I couldn’t believe that I was signing on an Altima under 2 hours of walking in and the good thing was I didn’t feel like I was forced to overstretch my budget nor was pressured into the sale by salesperson tactics. Then Perla introduced me to John who is the finance director and I can easily say that he is one of the most respectful gentleman I have ever met in my life. He quickly ran my credit and went over my purchase price ,all the breakdowns with trade in and etc to make sure everything looks  the same as I have agreed with Perla and no hidden charges or anything which made me feel extra safe. He presented me couple scenarios and answered all my questions like the gap insurance, terms and interest rates. He had me sign bunch of papers but made sure to explain to me of each paper that I am signing and gave me all the copies in an envelope. Once I was done with the financing part, Perla already contacted a few insurance companies to find me the best deal possible ($147 month) because my current insurance provider decided to increase my new insurance premium ( $196) out of nowhere. After 3 hours of awesome car shopping experience, I finally found my self in my new ride feeling good about my new car and the financing I got and I feel like I owe an honest review for Perla for all the things that she has done that went beyond and above my expectations.

**** UPDATE ****
After a day of owning my new Altima, I realized that there are 2 minor things that needed to be looked at which are  the battery on key being low and sense of vibration on brakes at high speeds so I contacted Perla about it and she immediately scheduled a servicing appt at the day and time that I desired and told me that Robert will be there for me when I bring in the car. When I brought the car in Robert was there and recognized me by the car and introduced himself and told me that they are going to look and fix the issues right away while I wait in the lobby. Right  now I am sitting down at the lobby with the feeling of satisfaction and cared not only until my purchase but even after my purchase as well. These people really do take care of you and make sure you are covered even after the sale.THANK YOU AGAIN PERLA
