Everyone was very nice and patient with us. Bryn (salesman) done great on listening to what we wanted on the truck seen that got it, that was very good. We weren't rushed, though we were past time for them (salesman) to leave work. The manager (Carlos) was just as helpful and polite, they all were, made us very comfortable for being there. It was a great experience,  nervous one, but great one.????????????

I had the opportunity to visit Scott Will for a minor issue with my car. It seemed as though the issue would take up to a few days to complete given the potential need for a part that would take a couple of days to arrive. I explained to my service agent, Will, that I was pressed for time and it was going to cause an issue with my plans to be in another state for an important business matter.

Will went above and beyond my expectations. He showed concern for my situation. He asked questions for clarity and took good care of me and the car. They fixed the car and it ran beautifully. I did not have one issue with it. God is good!

I did not have an expectation of the cost because I had never had that type of car issue prior to that day, but being able to get the car back and arrive at my appointment made it worth it for me that day.

If you are experiencing a car issue with your Toyota brand, consider giving them a try, especially if your in a pinch.
