I wish I had timed my experience, as we wrapped up the deal so efficiently that I had to pinch myself when I was driving home to make sure it was not a dream. Joe at Seacoast Mazda made buying my first brand new car a breeze! I originally only planned on stopping into look but after a distracted teen totaled my last mazda I was impatient to get a new one! Glenn was an amazing salesperson. He was patient, knowledgeable and courteous.   He was able to get me the perfect car with all the options I was looking for. He took the time to explain all the features and additional warranty coverages available.   There was no pressure at all.   I was very comfortable with both Glenn and Nick the finance manager.   Glenn and Nick went above and beyond by getting us a loaner as our new connections were up in the car.  By far the service and care received was above and beyond! After a poor experience at a different dealership, my husband sent out an email to multi dealers to see who had the vehicle we were shopping for. Very quickly Joe personally called that evening. Other dealers sent vague auto email replies. Joe took the reins and started our process. He found the car we wanted, had it transferred to Seacoast Mazda and we began the lease process immediately. Joe is polite, kind and truly a great guy to work with. With genuine effort and diligence on his part, we were in the dealership signing on our new car within days. He delivered the exact make, model and class that we were shopping for. We drove about 40 minutes to him; Seacoast Mazda is worth the travel if you are not close by. Everything from first telephone contact from Joe, through the vehicle transfer to his location, trading my car and financing was smooth and problem free. I know our family will be returning to him and Seacoast Mazda. Ryan the manager and Nick in finance continued to provide us the utmost ease and professionalism.  This is the location for superior customer experience. Don’t waste your time at other dealerships. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Glen Hayes our salesman was amazing!! He was not pushy at all and he worked with us to secure the color and model car we wanted. The sales managers were also efficient in negotiating their best price. From start to finish our experience was very positive. Would recommend Seacoast Mazda to anyone purchasing a Mazda!!
