If you are willing to stretch your budget and this isn’t an emergency purchase to ensure your survival (going to and from work, with limited money) then I would highly consider taking some time to learn how to negotiate at car dealerships. Look up base trims of cheapest cars on the market. Maybe stay away from a Mirage/G4.
Learn the tips and trips of how to not get ripped off, (easier said then done)
I would avoid D_____ in Frederick.

We had a "well-loved" car that finally hit the point of no return, and we were pointed to Second Chance's as a great way to help other folks who need a ride.
They were absolutely awesome - the whole process was fast and they said that either they can fix it up and get it back on the road, or use the parts for people who need to fix their cars cheaply. It's a MUCH better option than just sending it to a junk yard or trying to sell it myself.
