What an enjoyable buying experience. Absolutely not an ounce of pressure to purchase.  I have always been skeptical of " car people", however, that was not the case here. My salesperson Denny was exceptionally knowledgeable of the Forester that my wife and I purchased. Wendy in Finance  was awesome. The owner Chris King Mohler  thanked us and was truly appreciative of our trust in them. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE THAT I/ WE HAVE EVER HAD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

After doing quite a bit of research and a few test drives, I recently purchased a very lightly used 2022 Subaru Outback Touring Edition.  Throughout the entire process I was helped and educated by Grant at Wendell Subaru; he was an absolute pleasure to work with.  The purchase went very smoothly and I thought I received a fair trade-in price for my vehicle.  Now that I have had the Outback for a few weeks, I am very pleased with the way it drives, the amenities, and the comfort.  I do wish I had done a bit more thorough of an inspection of the exterior of the vehicle because I have noticed some chipped paint, wear to the paint on the edges of some of the doors, and a less that perfect installation of the wind/rain guards above the windows.  I look forward to having my new Outback for a long time!  Thanks very much to Grant and the whole team at Sendell Subaru!

September 2024 Update:
Took my Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation.  The technician also updated my radio's software while I was there which was nice!  The only odd thing was that my tire pressures were all over the place when I left??  All in all another good day of service by Sendell Subaru :)

What a incredible buying experience we had today!  We drove up yesterday after being at another dealership.  Spoke with Grant, he found the car we were interested in, and filled out a few papers, and told him we we would back this morning.  Arrived at 10 am, the car was detailed and ready to go.  All we had to was sign.  Grant did a great job of going over the electronics and the little things.  I would send anyone to Sendell.

Sendell Subaru service department has renewed my faith in service at dealerships. They are super efficient, let me know if there are any issues that I need to address, but never push me to do anything that does not absolutely need to be done. It is unlike the experience I had at my previous dealership in another state, where they tried to get me to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on "urgent" repairs. Sendell's service team is respectful, communicative, and trustworthy. I have zero qualms about taking my car there, and I will definitely buy my next Subaru from the dealership.
