Expensive visit to Serra service, sadly, but Matt Browning did an awesome job of giving me great explanations and help of each item. A great place to get your vehicle serviced. Prices are competitive and staff was very friendly. Nice waiting area, which has complimentary bottled water and coffee available. While my oil was being changed I received a text which included a video from my technician going over my car and showing me that everything was being checked and letting me in detail if any other recommended services were needing attention. Very impressed
