TJ was AMAZING!!! After having a bad experience at another Honda dealership, TJ closed the deal in 4 days that they could not figure out in almost two weeks!! I have worked in sales and was honestly appalled at the other dealerships inefficiency.  I was looking for a specific trim model of van in a certain color, and their dealership had ONE and there were only a few in the entire STL area.

TJ talked to My husband and I on the phone, cleared up questions We had about Our other deal, ensured his transaction would run smoothly, and now Our new car is sitting in Our driveway!! I am a busy Mom of four and TJ is also a parent and just gets this!!
