The customer service here is above and beyond. I was lucky enough to work with Harley since my first visit to have my Tundra serviced for regular maintenance, and she’s provided nothing but excellence in customer service. Harley’s precise and thorough communication takes the stress out of dealing with auto issues. I recently had to have my starter replaced, and she helped me get my truck in the same day. The technicians were able to diagnose it and provide me with recommendations by the days end. The starter, drive belt, radiator flush, transmission flush, and oil change was done by the next day. My Tundra is running just as good as it was when I first got it. Thank you to Harley and the technician team!!

I went in today for service and I wasn't sure what kind of service I would be getting since it was my first time using them.  Well I was so amazed at their service and their "aloha" spirit to me and to the other customers that were also waiting!  I was so pleased.  The service dept was top notch.  Monica helped me and was so friendly and patient and explained everything!  The person in the middle sitting next to her was also very kind and helpful!  I understand they have new owners so new owners listen up....your service crew is FABULOUS!  They also had a very kind driver that took me shopping for fabrics while I was waiting for my RAVE 4 to be serviced!

Took my 2003 Camry to find out  why check engine light came on. It worked out that the ECM needed software update, which was not done when Toyota had a recall. They charged me for the diagnostic and flashing the new firmware. I was told to front what the diagnostic cost per hour. That was the only charge. Pleased with the service. The people at the service desk were very friendly
