I recently purchased a vehicle here that I had seen online, I knew exactly what I wanted before I went in, but what really sold it for me was the atmosphere and everyone was very friendly.

Ya know, when you go in somewhere and the atmosphere is dull and heavy?  Well not here.  I think that may be attributed to associates working on salary instead of commission which can create a hostile work environment.  I'm rambling.

I was quickly directed to work with Mayleen, who was a pleasure to talk to and efficient at her job.  If I was financing they probably would have had me out the door that day in a new car, but I scheduled it for a later day and everything was setup like an efficient assembly line to get me on my way, out the door in an hour and a half.  At each step in the process, each and every person I spoke with had a great energy about them.  I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to go here.

Kyle had set aside time to work with me and patiently addressed my questions until I was convinced the car I purchased was a good match for my needs, budget, personality, and values. The car I purchased is a Hybrid, technology that is new to me. I had not purchased a car in 10 years. Probably what sold me on the car is that Kyle invited me to take a second loop of the test drive. It allowed me to better evaluate the things I was concerned about or wondered about. In working with the staff at Shaker, it felt attentive, but no pressure. Once I decided to purchase the car, the remaining steps were clearly spelled out and easy. From start to finish, Kyle and the team at Shaker made my car buying experience a good one. A month in, I love my new car, and I know Shaker is there if I need them for my service needs.
