I recently purchased a vehicle here that I had seen online, I knew exactly what I wanted before I went in, but what really sold it for me was the atmosphere and everyone was very friendly.

Ya know, when you go in somewhere and the atmosphere is dull and heavy?  Well not here.  I think that may be attributed to associates working on salary instead of commission which can create a hostile work environment.  I'm rambling.

I was quickly directed to work with Mayleen, who was a pleasure to talk to and efficient at her job.  If I was financing they probably would have had me out the door that day in a new car, but I scheduled it for a later day and everything was setup like an efficient assembly line to get me on my way, out the door in an hour and a half.  At each step in the process, each and every person I spoke with had a great energy about them.  I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to go here.

Chris Maxfield was the very most helpful. I made an inquiry late at night online. Within less than 8 hours the next morning he had sent me a personal video showing the car I was looking at. I came in that day to look at it and fell in love. He helped me through the process with every step to make sure I was satisfied. They say first impressions tend to stick.  My first impression of Shaker Hyundai was welcoming and clean with personable employees. The building is bright and roomy. My ideal car buying experience is to NOT be pressured which allows me time to think things through.  After doing my own research and asking many questions,  I purchased my second Hyundai with help from Jordan. The overall experience was easy and if buying a car could be called pleasant...then this was pleasant. Jess in finance explained everything in detail, told me what to keep in the house, what to keep in the car and what to expect in the mail. It was overwhelming at the time but worked out in the end. Backstory - I have my 2013 Tucson that is still running great but with the offer of 0% for 60 months...this was a no brainer for me. I'm looking forward to returning for my first service just to see everyone!
