Victor Ortiz and Audrey did an outstanding job in taking care of our vehicle. I’m pretty happy because it didn’t take me long to leave my car. The entire team  of service reps took care of several customers at the same time as soon as they opened the doors. I really liked that they were on time. Therefore,  I was in and out in no time. Audrey scheduled a ride for me to and from work without any hesitation. I’m really happy for it being my first experience with ford. I will write another review when I return again to determine if it changes. Dealing with service staff positively has always been important factor in purchasing any vehicles from a dealership.

Edgar was awesome. I forget the name of his co-worker who went on a test drive with me. He was great too. Edgar was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He never rushed me but did follow up with me. This is the third truck I buy from Shamaley Ford on Lee Trevino. My 2006 F150 is still running but the ac gave out, otherwise I’d still b driving it!! I love my 2022 F150! Thank u for ur patience and kindness Edgar!!

Went to get a weather strip re-done on my doors bc my Bronco had come in with that manufacturing issue. Jerry was super helpful and made the process very easy for me. He was friendly, communicative and attentive to the issue. He was able to get be out of there at within a prompt time! If you need services I highly recommend asking for Jerry!

Aside from the super low price, the oil that Shamaley Ford uses apparently is of better quality, because the percentage of life of it in my Ford Fusion ALWAYS lasts longer than the one I have had used by other service shop and/or oil-change service chains. Recommended: use their site to schedule your service and do look at their service specials - and yes, the prices you will see there are really what they will charge you. Compare to other places, but remember I told you so: you will not believe their price for a synthetic-blend oil change.

Services at Shamaley Ford are always worry free. The pricing for services are less expensive than other shops around town. My service advisor Jose Carrillo is always very detailed when it comes to my vehicles status. He is always very clear with recommendations a thorough when  checking for warranty issues.
