I’ve taken several cars to Shelby’s and have experienced the same thing every time; fast, accurate, friendly service from everyone at Shelby’s. Recently I had work done and the underbody protector came loose. Instead of denying responsibility like I’ve experienced other places the staff was quick to offer fixing the issue. They had the issue fixed within 30 min. Great owners who obviously instills a phenomenal work ethic in all his employees.

I think like a lot of people, I’ve got some trust issues with auto mechanic shops. But I trust these folks implicitly! When I called, I let them know what was going on and what my financial limitations were and they got my issue resolved, and quickly, even after running into a slight problem.

I’ve got a few more fixes to do on my car and fully plan to go back to them for the remaining work needed!

They are professional and talk to me at a level I understand without making me feel talked down to.
