By far the best dealership I have ever done business with. I have had multiple cars throughout my life. This dealership tops them all from the receptionist answering the phone, to general manager. They didn't not have to go above and beyond to get the approval for me, but that is truly what sets this dealership apart from others. throughout my years I have gone to other dealerships, and they tell you there is no way we can make this work, tell you what you can and cannot afford; that is not a trade of a good helpful sales time. At Shoreline these guys will do whatever they need to get you into the car you want and are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I had a great experience with everyone I talked to their Parts, Service, Sales all have a great attitude and that needs to be rewarded. Treating customers right is a fundamental responsibility of anyone and everyone in customer service and this dealership was able to show that without fail. There is a difference between a customer once and a customer for life. Shoreline has gained my respect and they have gained my business. When anyone asks me, I will only refer customers to Shoreline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Thanks, Guys, for everything that you all did for me. Shoreline Hyundai is a nice place. They are very friendly and accommodating when you are having issues with a vehicle brought in from another place. I bought a car from a used dealer and needed a flashing engine light checked on that I was told might still be under warranty. But unfortunately it wasn't. They gave me a loaner at no charge while they diagnosed my ripped off vehicle from Car City. A little pricey, but that's expected as I'm sure they wanted me to purchase a car for the quoted price. Overall, super nice and super accommodating. For I did not have to pay for anything except gas in the loaner. Good people, great service. Wish I had gone through them first. That's my review. Only gave 4 stars because I wish the price for repair was a little less. Very nice! Maybe in the future I will purchase from here.
