I will always be thankful for my experience with Short-Redmond SuperStore! I have Brandon Boggs to thank for this! He made my experience THE ABSOLUTE BEST I’ve ever had buying a car!!! In short I had purchased a used Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in 2022 and the dealership (NOT Short-Redmond) told me the vehicle didn’t qualify for GAP insurance because it was an older 2016. When I hit a deer on a highway and the Jeep was totaled… I was left with $4500 to pay after the total loss settlement. I spent DAYS and many many hours combing through CarGurus looking for a vehicle and it was turning into a nightmare! With the few that didn’t sell before I could get to them, I had unpleasant experiences. One place even ran my credit many times after I told them I wasn’t interested. Brandon was honest, let me know GAP is always available, didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time… he worked hard for me to get me in the Jeep I wanted, even in my busy fast paced job, and I was able to sign that day! Had a great experience! Although I didn’t find a car on the lot the day I was hunting. I was looking at the other short redman car lots and saw a car I truly loved- but all the way in middlesborrow. i’m almost 19 years old and was given a hand me down from my mom. as a first car i was happy but as the years go on everyone needs something more reliable so you don’t have to worry in the future. i’ve looked at multiple places and everyone’s always trying to make me pay an arm and a leg because they see me as a teenager that doesn’t know anything. In reality i know prices that are too high and just right. Brandon boggs at short redmonds was the nicest guy and helped me get into a car that absolutely love. The car was detailed spotless clean and runs so smoothly. Brandon boggs is definitely top notch at his job and everyone should talk to him if interested in finding a good car without being screwed over.
