Ok, let me break this down... We had been car shopping allll over the DFW area with every. single. car. we wanted being purchased right before we would visit a dealership. We had dealt with a variety of car salesmen and we were, honestly, OVER IT. We happened to see a Ford Expedition on the Shottenkirk Toyota of Granbury site and went to see it as soon as we could. When we arrived at the dealership, we met David Bone at Shottenkirk Toyota of Granbury, and from the very first handshake, we never felt pressured, rushed, upsold, or treated like someone just to make a sale with. David was extremely easygoing and patient with us, especially since we had our three kids (six and under) along for the ride. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, even when we went to the finance office. Not only that, but a couple days later when I came in to get something activated on our car, I was with my three kids again, and David took care of the whole process for me. I never once had to speak with someone in service, and he also went the extra mile to wash our new car, top it off with gas, and even bought our kids little toys for them to play with. The icing on the cake was how patient he was with us and our kids. I cannot stress this part enough!! While we were switching the car seats and all of our items over to the new car, he stayed with us to help keep our kids entertained (and from running around). I don't think any car salesman has ever gone that above and beyond for us.

I also want to give a shoutout to Tyronne Wells in the finance department! He was honest with us from the get go and we appreciated not being presented with a whole fluff of fees and random charges for the Expedition we were purchasing. He worked with us on our trade and was open to every single question we had. He also was patient with us when we needed to discuss the purchase of the vehicle privately.

If you get to work with these two, you will be in great shape! Can't recommend them enough!! Hoping this kind of care will carry on throughout our maintenance with the service department!
