It was a great buying experience.   Andy and Bob, the two people that we dealt with,  made everything pleasant and relaxed.   They answered our questions and made us feel at ease throughout our visit. Taking a test drive could not have been any easier and we never felt pressured to make our decision. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we wanted and we didn't feel pressured to buy it. We have all been in bad car buying situations dealing with shady sales people and you will not find that here. Bob Plietz and Andy Head are a dynamic team and make the car buying transaction easy, enjoyable, and honest. Also, I should mention that their pricing on their vehicles is fair and from what I could tell fell under almost every dealership around the greater Pittsburgh area. I am glad that I was driving by and decided to stop in and now I am very happy with my  (new to me) car.
