Buying a car from Brian was unlike any previous car purchase experience.  Brian's cars are hand-selected and immaculate.  From the first test drive through the post-delivery process, customer service was excellent.  There was no pressure, the perfect amount of follow-up, and fair pricing.  Brian went the extra mile (literally) to pick me up for the delivery himself.  Two post-delivery punch list items were completed in a timely manner. My wife needed a vehicle once her 19 year old Acura pretty much died on the spot.  Brian at Signature Motors was recommended to us by three different people and we decided to stop there first. What you encounter there is a small number of used low mileage pristine vehicles with no accident records.  In addition Brian will search for a specific car/color if you have the time to wait.  We found a small BMW on the lot that was matched us nicely to our price range and needs.
This is NOT high pressure sales, it more in the range of what you want, need, expect and can afford.  I did mention to Brian that car we were interested in that the brakes seemed thin.  He promised to look into it, we agreed to the deal.  The next day we told us the all the components of the  brakes had been replaced at no cost...
I plan to buy a second car when my lease is up.
