I had a leaking tire repaired in my hometown in GA before I left for a work trip to the southwest for the week. The repair was not done correctly and the tire continued to slowly lose air. I was working near the Silsbee Toyota dealership and stopped by to see if they could take care of the problem.

The service writer took my information and got my vehicle to the back quickly. A little bit later (maybe 30 minutes) she came out and told me what the technician found and what his plan was. About 30 minutes after that she came back and said that it was taken care of.

I had to drive about 3 hours away to another customer site and the tire did not lose any pressure during that drive. I parked the car for a couple of hours and checked the pressure again and it was still good.

The folks here took good care of me and the issue with my Toyota. Being from out of town it is great to know that folks are willing to give you good service even if you may never visit their location again. I wish I had gotten the service writer's name. She was great.
