Ryan is terrific at his job.  What keeps me coming back is his commitment to making sure I "am" completely satisfied, and how welcoming and friendly the rest of the staff is from other departments.  I have never had anyone who is employed there, whether they are from sales or finance, assumed because of attire, the mechanics, also assumed because of attire, and people I've no idea what they do, walk through the waiting area without saying hello to whomever is there, and ask if there is anything anyone needs or would like.   This says that everyone there considers the comfort and convenience of Simmons Rockwell patrons and customers a top priority.  Which says everything to somebody like me.
