I have taken my Rogue in several times for service at this location. I have been to dealerships in Texas, and West Virginia and this service department is top notch. I have interacted with the GM Lenny, Matt, John, and Susan. They all treated me with utmost respect and appreciation in being a customer. it is very clear they humble themselves to provide the absolute best customer service experience possible. Ken, my service technician, did an excellent job and returned my vehicle immaculately clean. He even diagnosed and fixed a rattle under the hood another dealership could not find and said was normal. I highly recommend this service department and dealership.
